15 years ago today, these two got married…after years of (hopefully) lighthearted asides of “Good luck to THEIR future partners!”

Joke’s on them, Peej- we don’t require luck. Turns out, all we needed were a couple lines of credit, Google, a basic knowledge of mixology, the benevolence of loved ones, a bit of wilderness, some I Care words, exceptional senses of humor, a killer soundtrack, and each other.

She’s poured literal blood, sweat, and tears into the season, and no small amount of stress, heartache, and incredibly high expectations for herself.

She really- REALLY- wanted shave a few seconds off today to qualify for Western Mass. And she did.

And not to be outdone, the Middle and the Little were in the elementary school talent show tonight. Suzy decided to assistant direct and stage manage, and Jasper went for stand-up. (A major highlight for me was when Suzy rushed the stage to adjust her brother’s mic.)

And oh, DON’T WORRY, I TOTALLY INCLUDED J’S COMEDIC TURN. (The eyebrows, the vest, the timing, the everything.)
