Summering As A Verb.

East Coast Travels, Volume One:

In a nutshell, we’ve got cousins, concerts, old friends, new pals, flappin’ about in a pool, and loving on Mim and Pop.

That’s a pretty big nutshell.

Big cousins are super helpful.

As my sister Kate pointed out, it’s so nice that we were able to sort them by hair color, NOT by siblings.

Zu thinks she likes this whole “swim lesson” thing.

I love these gals oh-so much.

…And they have pretty cute kiddos, too. (That’s my Dad doing a sound check in the back.                                                    He gave me TWO shout outs during the show, and closed out the concert with Sweet Home Chicago.)

Nora digs on Leah- the daughter of my first high school theatre pal.

Zu grooves with the locals.

Groupies be all rushin’ the stage.

See you next week, friends. You won’t be able to miss me. I’ll be the one weighing roughly a thousand pounds from all of this incredible food…

…and face-planting into the pool because of all of these incredible (and incredibly energetic) children.
