Beau-coup Milestone Birthdays (AKA Keely Buys Out The Store).

Thanks to Beau-coup for sponsoring this post- and for giving me a crazy amount of festive eye candy.

When my Mom turned 60, we surprised her with a beachy-themed party on Cape Cod that worked for so many reasons; among them the fact that we had all planned on being there that week anyhow, and the other fact that she’d been talking about/threatening floating out to sea on a beach chair for the previous fifty of those years.

And it was great. Because you cannot go wrong with an ocean theme. Guests wore leis and tropical hair flowers, drank from vibrant glasses, and danced to our favorite summery tunes.

However, upon perusing the collection of birthday favors and decorations at Beau-coup, I’m kinda ready to start planning a 60+ birthday party. (Mom, stop reading.) Because not only is this a supremely fun site to browse, but they also have an exceptional array of party paraphernalia- and adorable favors that guests will clamor to take home.

I kinda/sorta/totally fell in love with these (most for under a buck or two!):

Sure, it’s not “beachy,” per se, but it IS my Mom’s favorite color.

Then there was this  ridiculously cute sailboat placeholder from their cool DIY Ideas Gallery:

Beau-coup’s motto is “Celebrating life, one event at a time.” Which I can totally get behind- and which is [affordably/adorably] doable for just about any milestone birthday theme you can think up.

Then again, at these prices and levels of aww-elicitation, I may have to create the milestone of The Tuesday That Keely Bought Out The Entire Beach Party Favor Section At Beau-Coup (Observed).

And we’ll observe it annually.

At the beach.

(My Mom will already be there.)
